Shipping Policy

• We only accept domestic (United States) orders at this time. 
• We ship orders Monday - Thursday.
• Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following week. 
• Processing time is 2-3 business days.
• Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
• We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Please be sure to double check your address at checkout in order to make sure that you receive your order. 
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with all tracking information. Shipping costs are calculated by package weight.

Please note that Mesmeric Scents has no control over transit times once our packages are in possession of the postal service. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, a claim will need to be filed directly with the postal service.

Due to COVID-19, there may be delivery delays with postal services. We are not responsible for postal service delays.
