Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Our standard processing time is 2-3 business days. Processing time is the time between when an order is placed by the customer and when the order is fullfilled on our end. 

Shipping Time:

We generally ship orders within 3-5 business days after 2-3 days of processing time.

Important Notes:

We only accept domestic (United States of America) orders at this time. 

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Please be sure to double check your address at checkout in order to make sure that you receive your order. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with all tracking information. Shipping costs are calculated by package weight.

Please note that Mesmeric Scents LLC has no control over transit times once our packages are in possession of the postal service. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, a claim will need to be filed directly with the postal service.
