Return Policy
We are currently do not offer refunds on our products. However your satisfaction is 100% important to us, so we offer exchanges and/or store credit.
Damaged Product:
If your items arrived damaged or defective and you would like to discuss a possible store credit, please e-mail contact@mesmericscents.com.
You must provide photo-proof of your damaged item and proof of purchase to contact@mesmericscents.com within 3 days from delivery, and we will issue you store credit.
Exchanges
If you burned your candle, or used any product that was purchased and you do not like it, we will not be able to accept an exchange.
If the candle is in perfect condition and you want to return it because you do not like it, then we will charge a $10 shipping fee.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If you are missing items from your purchase, please contact us at contact@mesmericscents.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please make sure to provide photos of the incorrect items.
